Marketing Automation Manager – Virtual Position

76 Solutions is searching for a Marketing Automation Manager with extensive experience to work with our existing and new small business clients. You will be the main liaison with our project manager to learn all specifications of each project including campaign goals, job requirements, deadlines and budget adherence. As the lead of our automation department, you will have the freedom to use your creativity to design and build out custom marketing automation systems using Autopilot/Ortto, Zoho, Zapier, Integromat/Make, Salesforce and more. Your main objective will be to use these tools to reduce task load for our clients’ sales teams while adding high-value communication touchpoints to their pipelines. By designing well thought out communication journeys and perfectly operating automations, we can help our clients maximize sales to existing and new additions to their database.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver projects on-time and within budget with minimal revisions
  • Providing ongoing reports on project progress utilizing our project management software
  • Design/build of marketing automation systems using the Autopilot/Ortto application
  • Design/build of client CRM systems using Zoho
  • Creation and management of lead source attribution models
  • Mapping of effective client communication journeys and automation workflows
  • Integrating our applications with client’s existing applications
  • Assisting our sales and project management team in maintaining 95% customer satisfaction rating and 75% year-to-year client retention rating
  • Document scope of work for each client
  • Document and update all project steps for our employee playbook

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Design and implementation of CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
  • Zapier integration
  • Basic understanding of web design platforms
  • WordPress including Woocommerce
  • Wix
  • Shopify
  • Customer service obsessed
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Excellent communicator/collaborator
  • Led projects from conception to closure
  • Ability to quickly and independently solve problems as they arise
  • Understanding of buyer behavior
  • Eye for detail
  • Full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,148.00 – $127,482.00 per year
